On

the area around the small community of Ludlow, Illinois came
together and pledged six thousand dollars to found a local farmer-owned
grain elevator company to serve their agricultural needs and
provide a grain marketing link between themselves and the world.
Ludlow Cooperative Elevator Company provided those
needed facilities and services, has kept up with the changes
and growth in agriculture, and has returned profits to its farmer
owners. It continues to do so today and will into the future.
Today, Ludlow Cooperative has seven locations to
serve our farmer owners in Illinois: Ludlow, Purdueville,
Del Rey, Paxton, Loda, Buckley & Clarence. |
